BBR Photo Facial & Rejuvenation

BBR Broad Band Rejuvenation Light therapy, (otherwise known as BBL) is a clinical correcting device facial that can treat acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation. Pigmentation

IPL (Intense Pulse Light) for pigmentation correction effectively fades and removes age spots, sun spots and discolouration to greatly improve overall skin tone, texture and radiance. IPL Skin Pigmentation treatments work by transmitting high energy heat from the IPL light through to the pigmented skin areas. The IPL technology is attracted to dark pigmentation, effectively drawing the discolouration to the surface of the skin, allowing the dermis to begin the healing process of correcting the blemishes. 

*IPL Pigmentation is not suitable for dark skin types or for treatment of hormonal pigmentation such as melasma. (we can treat this with other modalities)

Vascular 

- IPL (Intense Pulse Light) for Vascular can be used to effectively treat broken capillaries, spider veins, red spots, cherry angiomas and rosacea. The IPL treatment works by blasting damaged vessels back into the bloodstream, allowing the body to reabsorb these vessels a few days after treatment. Rosacea redness will decrease after one week. Broken capillaries (spider veins) disappear or go darker, then fade in 1-2 weeks.

Tattoo removal

Treatments can be performed 6-8 weeks apart to allow time for you body to go through the lymphatic process.

Following your treatment session, it’s common to experience temporary side effects, including redness, swelling, mild discomfort, micro crusting, and in some cases, pinpoint bleeding. These reactions are generally mild and should diminish within a few days. To help ease any discomfort and support the healing process, you may use ice packs or apply any prescribed ointments as directed by your therapist.

It’s important to adhere to the aftercare instructions given to you, as this will promote optimal healing and reduce the risk of complications. Initially, the treated area may show variations in color, such as lightening or darkening of the tattoo; however, these changes are temporary and will typically resolve within a few weeks as your skin heals and the body clears away fragmented ink particles.
